active handling trouble

active handling trouble
when i first start the car and start moving all is fine but once i slow down it feels like the front wheels start braking on there own. if i shut the active handling off all is fine. has anyone had similar experience with this? what ended up being wrong? the on board screen says "service active handling" "service car soon". ive hooked the scan tool up but it is unclear as to what the problem is.
