Nope. Disconnecting the battery will not reset a tune in anyway...
Anytime you dis-connect the battery or reflash in a tune The ECM re-sets the fuel trims to "0" and they have to learn out all over again-Ususlly takes about 50 miles of driving--The more modded your engine is the longer it takes--
You DO NOT lose any of your tune however--just the fuel trims which are the weather and location related parametrs--The ECM has to figure out if you are at sea level or up in the mountains--If it's in Alaska at -20* or in Arizona where it's 110*
Usually the only thing you notice at once is that it may not idle well--but it clears up quickly-
