Handheld programmer??
Is there any handheld programmer or relatively inexpensive software that will allow me to set various codes to "no report"? Ive removed the AIR system and want to disable those codes without paying a tuner for a tune if I can avoid it.

no handheld by itself will allow you to do that...
if you had a diablosport predator or trinity programmer, you could get a custom tune done for it in order to disable the necessary trouble codes...
if you do not, then you will have to go to another tuner person/shop and pay for a custom tune in order to get the necessary trouble codes disabled....
you're not going to be able to do it yourself... gonna have to pay... whether it's for a diablo programmer and custom tune, or a tuner shop, or you buy tuning software yourself...

Several vendors here on the forum do "mail-order tunes " this is your best bet----thell them whatt you did and what you have deleted and they will get rid of the codes----I see some advertise them on here for less than $200--thats a deal--- next option would be to buy HP or EFILIVE for your car--would run apprx $750
