Default Question about service code PO455

We have a 2004 Corvette Convertible. Recently the service light came on and the code was indicating that the check valves needed to be replaced. We had a diagnostic test which confirmed the issue and the local our local chevy dealership performed the work ($514). It's about 3 1/2 weeks later and now the service light kicked on again. The code says PO455 Evaporative System Leak Detected - Gross Leak/No Flow. Can anyone tell me if there is a chance that the service I had done at the dealership is related to the new "code" I'm getting? Just thought I'd see if anyone has knowledge of what the PO455 code is and what is required to resolve it. Thanks!

Best site for diagnostics is Gearchatter--Here is the link to your code--The diagnostic procedure is rather intense-however in the beginning of the page it goes over the most common things to look for in plain words--- $514 for check valves ??? they are about $50 each and easily replaced in less than an hour--AND usually they just need to be cleaned to remove carbon----I would be suspicious of what THAT dealer is telling you--
