OK, here's the "lay of the land" XS Power long tube headers and exhaust w/cats. Duel cone filters with smooth couplers. 100 shot wet nitrous. Hypertech programer.
I'm now installing a FAST 90 with LS2 throttle body with a new 90MM nitrous plate. A tune will come after everything's complete.
While I've got everything apart, do I need to upgrade my injectors?

I think your stock injectors will be fine. No need to replace with bigger unless the duty cycle is at its max. Stocks are good to around 450 horsepower. I know some pushing 500 with stock injectors. Your tuner will be better to ask as he will know their duty cycle.
