Hey Guys. Bought HPTuners Pro a couple years back. I have read and talked and talked and read and I am now going to start tuning. However, my 1st tune will not be on my supercharged vette. I will start with a 6.0l 2005 H2.
So I am ready to modify the stock tune in preparation for scanning. Any tuning thread recommendations will be appreciated.
My question is: Should I disable the torque management prior to scanning?

I assume you've been on HPT's forum? Lots and lots of stickys and threads there that can help you get a feel for things. Just take you time and try not to get frustrated. It takes a while to learn it. The hummer will prob have different tables than the vette will. I was used to tuning cavaliers with mine and them coming to a vette there are about 10x more tables. If you plan on eliminating TM, then yes, do it before you scan. If its auto, I personally advise against taking it all off though. Try 50% and see how that goes. Its there for a reason, esp with autos.

I read that Trq Management moved the timing around and I didnt know how that affects the scanning as far as ST/LT Ft
