Default Random Idle Issues while Rolling or Stopped

Alright I have been trying to figure this out for awhile and one form member in particular has been a huge help but I know he is busy and I feel like I am bothering him to keep coming back with this issue.

The issue is this, ever since I had my BBK 80mm TB and BBK Intake Manifold I had slight throttle issues but I was able to get them worked out. However I had my PCV Port plugged and breathers on it. I found the breathers were making a mess so I went back to the PCV system and added a catch can.
Ever since I get random issues with idling:
Randomly coming off the throttle clutch in the car will drop and many times die but its completely random I can go a whole drive no issues then the next drive have an issue.
Randomly stopped the idle will start to fluctuate, drop down low and sometimes die. I start it back up and it idles high then its fine for awhile.

I thought it was the BBK 80mm TB so I sold it and the Intake Manifold, bought a Fast 90 and LS2 90mm TB and set it up. Problem still remains. Rick Clark has been a huge help and shown me a lot of things I did not know but its still having the random issue. Its a lot better with Ricks help but I know he is a busy guy and I feel bad bothering him still with this weird issue.

I am about to disconnect the PCV at the catch can and just put a breather on it. I swear that's where the issue started.

However before I do, since I know so many others are not having this issue I was hoping to get a little help. I have a few logs and my current tune which I have been playing with the tables Rick told me too. I really just feel like I am not getting anywhere with this other than pissed off.

Thanks

--Using HP Tuners, I am also still trying to find a way at work to upload the tune and logs they have tightened down the reigns here...\
Ok I had to come to Starbucks but I have access to upload now.

Last 2 logs with Tune above while playing with LTFT as I thought that was the issue... I was wrong.

Did you re calibrate the FT's after changing from metered air to un metered air?

There are a couple of schools when determining scalar value from the original TB to the two different TB sizes you have run. Which way did you try?

Then the very basic BRAF were it all begins.

Try posting up a log showing the problem & the tune file.

Some details of what else has been modified as well.

Maybe we can give you some suggestions

HP Tuners

Working on the logs and tune file but they have blocked the file host I was using here at work now along with quite a few others. Dammit.

Where is your fresh air supply to the valve covers connected?

The nipple on the passenger side of the intake after the TB. The stock location basically.

Isn't that the intake where the PCV exhaust empties to? Shouldn't you fresh air line be from the throttle body or a location before the throttle body for the fresh air line?

Regardless if you are getting un metered air beacuse of a re-plumbed PCV system you still need a retune with mods that change airflow---Either a BBK 80/BBK manifold combo OR the FAST 90 / LS2 90 absolutely need re-tuning--The dying /surging are very common issues and easily correctable
Most common tables that need adjusting are the "desired airflow table" both in P/N and in gear ( adding a % to both help) start by adding 10 % to both the entire tables
AND the "throttle follwer table" RATE both in P/N and In gear-start by subtracting 5% to both these entire tables-----If it still does the same thing try 5% extra
IF you go too far you will get the opposite affect--a "hanging" idle" in gear when you lift or a hanging idle in P/N when you rap the throttle
