O2 sensor eliminator
Happy Thanksgiving one & all...I have a red 99' convert 6 speed. I'm gonna remove the cats, but what is the best way to eliminate / simulate or turn off the O2 sensors ????? cheapest/best/smartest???

Depending on your future mods at least check out the hand held tuners like the Diablo Intune etc. For what you pay for new sims and shipping you are a 1/4 to a 1/3 of the way to paying for one with the capabilities to do SO much more.

I don't think the rear 02 simms are availiable anymore---(made illegal)
best and easiest way is to have your tuner turn off or delete all the rear 02 reporting and to disable the COT system (cat overtemp) Not sure if it can be done with Diablo--check with them---deff not doable with other handhelds--Full tuner like HP or EFILIVE is required
Your best bet would be a simple mail-order tune --about $150 from many vendors here on the forum
best and easiest way is to have your tuner turn off or delete all the rear 02 reporting and to disable the COT system (cat overtemp) Not sure if it can be done with Diablo--check with them---deff not doable with other handhelds--Full tuner like HP or EFILIVE is required
