Default ABS/Traction Control Lights on Dash....Any Help?

Hello, I've recently acquired a 1999 coupe. The ABS and traction control lights are on, on the dash. After doing a code check I'm getting (28-TCS) C1232 C and 1233 C. Also, (BO-RFA) U1016 HC and C2110 C. Are any of these related to the above mentioned dash lights and what can I do to fix these, without having to take it into the dealer? Thank you in advance for any help.

I got the same messages at start up. Unhook the battery overnight. It reset the computer and the messages disappeared.

The ABS braking system and the traction control systems both use data from the 'wheel speed sensors' located at each wheel---The ECM uses the data to control wheel spin via the TC and to control wheel skidding on a hard stop via the ABS--
Typically a random warning light can be FALSE triggered by driving on a rough road or over railroad tracks--- disconnecting the battery should reset it back to normal---If it happens again and you haven't driven over the above mentioned things then you may indeed have a problem--But even then it can be a dirty or fouled wheel speed sensor pigtail caused by water or simply time---
