problems with FAST 102?

problems with FAST 102?
Tuner couldn't get it to do rolling idle. And a ported 102 only got me 6rwhp over the stock ls6

Don't know what you mean exactly by a " rolling idle" I think you mean that when you come to a stop something weird happens--Does it want to die ? or does it surge ?
Either way tell us exactly when and what it does-----YES all those issues can easily be fixed with tuning---assuming you DON"T have any other issues like a vacuum leak--
Also it would help to know more about your engine--Cubic inches-- cam --hdrs--intake
