How is it and where can I get info as I see to many post about the Powerloader wait times as I liked it in the car I was in with it and see a lot of good threads on Ed. Thanks.
Steve Coles Powerloader IS a great product. The problem is the wit time and for any reason you wish to reprogram for any modification then you will have an even longer wait...as much as 6 month some report. I waited over 4 months for mine. Ed Wright at www.fastchip.com will have your PCM back in 2-3 days...Great program and great customer support.!!:D
Same here, car was down over a week while we FED EX'D my PCM back and forth three times with zero results. Spend the money and get dyno tuned, at least you end up knowing what you had and then pick up.
How these guys send out programs without seeing what the baseline for the car is............. shot in the dark and hardly close to optimal. JMO
Take a drive to a good tuner and have a Dyno Tune always muchmore accurate even though Ive seen AMAZING work by Cole and Wright, but nothing is better than Customer/Tech working as a team if Cust. has time.Dyno Jet with wide band 02 sensor and some fine software. In your case I would take a drive to Vette Drs. In Long Island NY.They are highly competent and I assume they got all the right stuff and more.
A Non N/A all motor self breather should be in the 500.00 peso area but there the clossest shop that I would recomend in your area, and I only recomend those that are right on the money.Dave S.
No I'm not an pwner just a competitor who does the same exact work.D.S.
