what about superchips?
I haven't heard anyone talk about www.superchips.com .
Anyone know anything about this group? Apparently my local shop uses them and they can custom tune the product via the company.
Thoughts?

:yesnod: I had them build me a custom program while on their Dyno. Love it! Usually they require you to send a list of your mods and they will build your program based on the info you provide. :cheers:

Yeah. I heard you can customize it via Dyno output as long as your shop is setup for it. Sounds like a good way to go.

My 98' is pretty much stock with and auto tranny. Superchips programed one for mine and it is awesome! I had them make it to raise the rev limiter and chage the shift points while making them much more crisp on WOT but still gentle for cruising. The fuel/air ratio was changed for a bit more power as well. I do need to tell you though that when they first sent me the program it gave my car an iradic idle. I set the car back to stock and sent the program back to them where they corrected the problem with a total turn around of about two days. They were very good to work with. The service techs actually called me themselves and were extremely helpful and apologetic. Overall, I was inconvenienced for a short time but am extremely satisfied. It was also the cheapest in price comparison to all of the others out there. I paid less tha $300 for it. :cheers:
