Incorrect MAP
I thought at first it might be some belt slip or maybe a leak (I have a flip drive, and I have everything tight) but the car has INSANE power (for 3lbs of boost) and I just glanced up at the in car boost gauge (while trying to keep the car straight in second gear LOL) and saw it pass 8lbs (and still revving)
By the power its making, it has to be 10+ and it SHOULD be around 12-14 based on the pulley I'm running.
Any thoughts?
A normally aspirated engine at WOT goes atmospheric and should have a 100KPA reading as well
Your engine being boosted will go over atmospheric at WOT and exceed 100 KPA
A 123 KPA reading would equal boost of 23 KPA
23 KPA is a PSI boost of only 3.35
This is obviously WRONG--- a KPA reading of 155 would equal 8 PSI of boost
