You likely have a short circuit in the wires to the MAP sensor. Which of course is on the back side of the intake manifold.
There are 3 leads. Ground, output and 5v.
That code says there is an issue with the 5v.
It's always helpful for us if you would provide the code description when posting so we don't have to go look it up.
