Time to buy LS1 Edit...but where?
I checked the C5 Mall but didn't find LS1 Edit on there. So where is everyone buying it? About how much am I going to spend? Trying to decide whether to have the car Dyno Tuned with LS1 Edit by MMS or just buy LS1 edit so I have it and can make changes as I go.

You can only buy it from the makers of it, Carputing. Their website is http://www.carputing.com . .. They do not have a phone number you can call, and the only way you can pay them is by mailing in a check or paying them via PayPal. It sounds like a scary way to buy something, but they are a standup company and do take care of their customers. I always got prompt email replies from them and they kept me up to date as to when my LS1Edit would be arriving.
The price is $550 for a single VIN version... If you want the version so you can program unlimited VINs, you are looking around $4500. You can add up to 4 extra VIN's to your single VIN version cable for $100 each. Not too bad of a deal when you think of it. This product comes in VERY handy and forces you to learn how our car's PCM controls everything, which I found to be very interesting.

All you need is a laptop with a serial port. They supply everything else.
And unfortunately, they raised their price for each additional license. It's now $550 for the first license, and then $150 for each additional.
