I am currently using Autotap/MAFT. I want to get rid of the MAFT after I get LS1-Edit.

Please let me know exactly what preliminary steps I need to take. I want to learn from everyone elses experience...

Actually, what are your MAFT settings for the BASE right now and WOT? Let's start there first.

I am currently trying to get my LTFT's into the negative...
My MAFT is set for BASE +10 WOT 0

Check out my results I think this looks good so far.. little KR at WOT

I wonder what is better... go to +15 on BASE which should normalize back to about - 6 or 7%

Or to just Add 2% on the WOT...

I assume one I have these looking good I can burn it to the PCM and remove the MAFT? Also how about getting my timing up to about 30 or more...? What changes did you do that gave you killer throttle response?

Chuck,

I think your best bet would be to remove the MAFt and let the LTFT's stabilize for a few miles, the reason for this is that the MAFt "colors" the signal from the MAF when it is pluged in.

then run atap and see where the LTFT's are and compensate with LS1 edit. :cheers:
