I don't know if there are any published cam position sensor OHM values
Either you get a code for a cam/crank position error or you don't Most tuners just to be safe will do a " crank position relearn procedure" when changing cams---This re learn will position the sensor immediately Someone with HP or EFILIVE can do this relearn for you --- but also anyone with a TECH II can do the same re-learn
Typically if you are NOT getting any codes--you don't need a relearn
