I just bought a 2004 CE and love it. 52k miles, car is mint. I got it back here to Texas and had a stereo installed. Obviously they disconnected the battery. I tried to get it inspected and had 3 not ready. Air, cat, and evap. I tried for days to get them ready and they wouldn't. No dtcs. I changed the battery because the old battery was 7 years old. Day later air comes ready but the other two don't. On the advice of a friend I cleared all codes and started over. Now all three are not ready again. I've driven 100s of miles, done the drive cycle at least 20 times. Nothing. What could be wrong?
