A simple way to check and see if your DBY throttle is working is to remove the entire air tube assembly from the T-Body forward
Have someone in the car turn the key on and floor the throttle to WOT----Then You look into the T-body and see if it is fact WOT-----This should be your 1st check then move onto checking the voltages as described earlier
