Looking to buy HPTuner package 6021 which also includes credits. My question is will these work with any GM vehicle? I want to use it tune my C5Z and also my 2013 escalade.
Also will it work with any modern laptop and latest windows?

It should work with most GM vehicles, and also a wider variety of other makes. The program isn't that resource intensive so you should be fine with a regular modern laptop.

Before you buy it, there is a date range and vehicle(s) it supports listed. if not make sure you read up the model you buy.
