Can you pull codes even if they have been cleared? Either with a tech 2 or hptuners?

Well yes and no------Typically you can get a "pending code" after one start cycle --But NO check engine light---- However to get a "history code" or a hard check engine light code it takes at least 3 driving cycles---meaning you must start the car run it up to operating temps--let it cool off to cold and start it agian---and on the 3rd cycle start you should get a hard code or a check engine light ( if there is something wrong)
