Tech 2 comminication error
Update - got it working, getting a bad connection at the OBDII port, had to hold it in. I will come up
with a fix.
Cannot connect my clone tech 2 to my car, keeps giving communication error???
I ran the self test and it passed, I checked my OBDII with my scanner and it worked.
When I hooked up my Tech 2 it will power up but tells me:
No communication with vehicle.
Check diagnostic link connector
Check ignition (On/Off)

GM hides the fuse to the OBD2 port on your cigarette lighter fuse Check that fuse It is not a good idea do use any aftermarket chargers or such on the cig lighter as it often blows the fuse and your OBD2 port wil not work--

Do the main test cables go bad or the OBDII adapters for the test cable?View the best obd2 scanner at Autoguysland in case you need.
