After having it for over a month I finally started playing the HP tuners. Mild mods so far....

LS2 intake and gold blade throttle body
No name cat back
LS3 intake with LS7 MAF card.

Tuned out the reduced power error with the throttle body.
Found and copied a MAF table that is actually pretty accurate. LTFT's were reading around plus 15. Now after just a idle and quick trip around the block they are in the 3's. Will get a wideband next and tune the table better but it started and revved.

Sounds good and pulls a little better then it did but thats probably from resetting the LTFT's. Compared to everyone else here its not that big of an achievement but I read, I learned and now I am applying what I learned.

Thanks to all that have inadvertently helped me by posting their problems and solutions.

Have fun! Learning to tune is quite a journey.
I learned on my C5 starting in 2012, thanks CTD, and now I’m a tuner.

FEIW, turn off LTFT (do a reset after) and just use STFT to further dial in the MAF. Turn off DCFO too.

Yes you always want your LTFT's tp be "0" or slightly negative --The most important LTFT readings are "just before going to WOT" If you have a positive fuel trim JBWOT that % will be carried over to your WOT or PE fueling as a lean safety Even a small % like 5% becomes huge--Say you have commanded an WOT AFR of 12.5-1 If you have a 5% LTFT the ECM adds 5% to the 12.5 making your actual WOT AFR now 11.9---!! pig rich A negative LTFT will NEVER subtract fueling at WOT as the ECM will lock on "0" LTFT's
ALSO everyone tunes differently We were taught at EFILIVE to never concern ourselfs or mess with the STFT's Only the LTFT's If you tune and make MAF adjustments using STFT readings they will not learn out and they are meaning less---
