ECM issue
Corvettes can be weird when using hpt.
Generally, make sure the doors are closed. Turn the radio off. Don’t push any buttons, etc.
First thing I’d try is to disconnect the battery negative cable. Then touch the neg cable to the pos batt post for say 10 seconds. Reconnect the neg cable and see if the functions come back.
I know it sounds weird.
If that doesn’t work......
If you did read the tune, Try writing it back in. Same rules about Windows, doors etc.

As far as a mis reading on your fuel gauge it can be many things
Most often It is that your fuel sending unit has failed
C5 's have 2 fuel tanks and use a transfer pump to send fuel from the right tank to the left and maybe that transfer pump has failed as well
As mentioned try dis connecting your battery overnight for at least 12 hours to allow the ECM to completely erase and re-set----
Lastly you may have a dash or DIC issue ( driver information control) that may have failed --aain very common on early C5's
