LS1 Edit gains?
I have the mods listed in my sig. What HP gains did yall see from ls1 edit tuning?
Im hopeing for at least 10 HP and TQ im also going to be removing the cats at the same time.

I have no engine mods on my 03'. After scanning with EFI I find some knock retard in the 3000 to 6000 rpm range in 2nd gear and up. My trims and 02's look really good, so I would not expect much gain from tuning. This friday I will put it on a wideband dyno for baseline runs for future mods. Also plan on trying a few changes in timing to see what happens if I get rid of the knock and to compare my 02's to the wideband.
To your question. If your car was on the edge like mine and since you probably have leaned it some with the intake and whatever the headers did I would think 10 hp is not unreasonable.

I had Steve Cole tuning and gained 20 rwhp & 21 rwtq when we did LS1 edit tuning on top of it.
I strongly recomend useing an experianced LS1edit tuner though....they have knowledge that is hard to duplicate. :cheers:

Yes they do. You are lucky to have the tuner choices near you. Some of us have to go to other states. Chris at SpeeDdemon is pretty good too.
