basic Tune for 3.15

basic Tune for 3.15
Hello all
I use my car as a daily during the no snow months and plan on keeping my car stock. I have a A4 with 2.73 and currently the car is no faster than my 2014 Lincoln MKT 3.5 Eco boost,......... if it is I can't tell.
So I found a 3.15 Diff and plan on installing it in the spring. Now I know I need a tune due to the change and was wondering if there a basic/stock tune for cars that came with the 3.15s I can get.
There is a person/tuner that specializes in LS motors down the street from me (2 miles) if I have him do it what should it cost on a stock car?

I will reach out and ask,............. if I buy a hand held tuner from them that I can also use on my other cars I bet they would help me out for cheap.
