DTC C0563 Code Error

DTC C0563 Code Error
Getting "Service Ride Control" on my 03 Anniversary with F55 suspension. RTD code DTC C0563 coming up on diagnostic screen. Looked up code: Calibration rom Check Error. Cannot find any info specifically applicable to the 03 Anniversary. Thought it might be low tire inflation but filled tires after winter storage and drove home but cannot get rid of code or Service Ride Control. RTD fuse is ok. I replaced front shocks about three years ago. Checked back shocks and no visible signs of leaking. .

Thanks C5 Diag for the response and info regarding the ECS module. I was wondering if the module can reprogramed. If it cannot be reprogramed and I purchase a new one, is the DTC C0563 going to reappear or is this DTC code only related to a blown ESC module? Does a new module have to be programed by a GM tech? Thanks for any additional info you can provide.
