Default C5 4L60E diagnostic software

Hello

I would ask you if you know some phone or PC simple application (that works with ELM327 if not then wchich interface to use with) to check what my 4L60E is doing? I would like know what is ongoing. Gears engaging, tcc state etc only to read states of transmission. there is any
I have dismantled this transmission 6 times during 10 years, and i dont know what is going on. Every time the same thing 3-4 burn up. Im sick of this. I have spent 10k USD to fix this transmission, but now im pretty sure that the transmission is not a problem, maybe someone the torque management switched off? I have placed sonnax 3-4 drum, alto single sided frictions, 5 planed gearsets, reinforced sonnax shells, sun gears, gen 2 raybestos, and reinforced 2-4 wide band, replaced all solenoids, sensors.
Im asking to help with this software because there in Poland i cannot go to anybody to resolve problem. There if the automatic guys seing this transmission they would do not touch it - it is shitty im hear an it is all. But also i cannot send this car to US to get this fixed. Im know there is solution somewhere of this problem.

Maybe if someone will instruct me how to download PCM software i will send to someone to asses what is going on? And to correct the software to fix this problem?

Thanks on advance.

The 3-4 clutch pack is always the 1st failure
I would look at the tune
Yes delete all the TQ MGMT it prevents the clutches from slipping soft during shifts
Set all the Shift times to like .25 at WOT and ,35 in 1st only at P/T the rest of the shift times all of them at .25
Set the TCC PWM tables to read 95% minimum and 98% max
Delete the TCC in 3rd gear entirely
and in 4th set it to apply at like 55 and release at 48
Delete all the ABUSE MGMT
Get a better aftermarket trans cooler Do not allow the temps to stay above 200 very long
Go to the Force Motor Current tables just past 0 subtract 15% to the balance of the tables Some have 2 FMC tables some have only 1 do them all
If you want text me and we can chat on the phone

Hello, thank you for the answer. During mu transmission repair also a torque converter was remanufactured. It was replaced all guts inside and also traditional cluth was replaced with kevlar linning. Finally when cruising with 100MPH on the highway i have more or less 180F, and maximum temperature rising is when im move in the city and heavy traffic it is 90-94deg.C mean up to 200F. But it not exeding. Im dont use this car for racing or drag on 1/4 mile. I have plugged also during this long weekend the launch diag. tester check lockup operation. (i have installed modulated lockup valve with harness). I have observed that in program "3" lockup is fully engaged on the third gear (in this program the last). But on program "D" Lockup is modulating engagement from 0-50% (stage 1 to 2) and on the overdrive from 75%-100%, the rest of the parameteres i dont know because launch is not to diagnose fully the transmission calculator.

I will download from PCM the software. But can i do with some casual OBD diagnostic tester / software, or i must have a specific one?

BTW i have imported this car to PL from Gardena, California, so exactly i dont know what was done with before...This car had damaged gearbox on the beginning. And after 10 years and 7 dismantling times, i considered to make it run next 10 yeas withiut transmission repair

Personally, I was trained and prefer to DELETE the 3rd gear lock up on any 4l60 /4L80trans
As while doing freeway speeds between 38 and 50 MPH the TCC tends to lock and unlock many many times-- This creates heat and TCC clutch failures- My opinion Let the TCC lock only in 4th gear around the freeway speeds of 51-55 MPH and your trans will not overheat the fluid or destroy the TCC clutches I may hurt the fuel milage a little but who cares ?? It is not a daily driver ---if you are concerned about fuel mileage buy the Chevy VOLT !!!!!

Hello, i was bought this car 10 years age not for a fuel economy but for have fun with driving. BTW here in EU we have 1 liter instead of gallon. So we have fuel 2x more expensive than you have (1liter 1.5 USD (0,25 US gallon)). So once again, which software i must use to edit the transmission software or download it? I have Launch, i have elm327 and i have GM tech2, im pretty sure, thos will not allow me to edit transmission parameters.
