Hey Bowtie8 tell your dad to get good with that program and I might drive up there and let him do mine for me.
Wait a minute, I think he told me you were the expert. Better keep him away from everything (lol).
Tell Blcktie8 I'm still waiting on my deliveries. Everything should be in this week. Good luck.

Hey John, Couldn't resist having a little fun with your son there.
Samir (USMSCLE) emailed on the tracking. Should be here tomorrow.
WHERESMYZ IM last week that he got the t/c shipped. Maybe see something
in the next day or so. No problem.
Did you see the post Samir had on his mods. Went to ECS and had them
handle everything. Niceeee. I don't believe we have anyone down here like
ECS that specialize in mods and tuning vettes. Closest that I know is James
In Mobile where I'm getting the Predator from. No install, just the Predator
and helping me with the tune.
If you figure out that LS1 and get good enough you could start your own tuning and program business, huh. :lolg:

In order to do any tuning to another you have pay (of course) for each VIN up to 3 at 150.00 a pop
The unlocked version which will do unlimited amount of cars and trucks with ls1 engines is 5 k I guess if I had a Dyno and a wide band setup it would be worth it and a lot of fun makin um go fast.
Hows the son doin.
As you can see my son and I have been racin since he started to drive.
We built a couple of engines together both strokers I got him started and he took it to a new level and now I'm the dummy.
Its been great working with my two sons, both engineers and I don't hold it against them?
Hey John that is great to have that kind of help in the family. Yeah It would be fun doing something like tuning and testing on vettes for friends and customers. Are there shops that specialize in your area that do this? I know there's not anyone close to me. Maybe you should move to the sunny south. If it will ever quit raining here.
Talked to my son last night. They are still in Ft. Benning, GA. He's not sure when they will leave state-side. It's hard not to meet someone everyday who has friends or family that has been called into active service. Thank you for asking.
Got your email on the t-shirts. Ordering today.
God bless our country and our boys.
Later. :flag :flag :flag
A job. Did you not finish reading my post. We need qualified proffesional help with our vettes down here. From what your dad says you are qualified for any field of work you want. Seriously he does say a lot of nice things about you. It's good to have great kids that share intrest with their parents.
Sorry if I pirated your post and turned it into something else. Maybe we can get it back on track with a ttt.

From what the tuners have suggested and done on my C5 A4 Magnuson 2002, a wideband O2 sensor is required to tune your car properly. It should be installed on the header were the pipes combine. Being able to log the A/F and timing is key. I wideband sensor can be expensive ($800). As soon as the weather in the Toronto Gulag breaks, hopefully by July, I will install one.
Your probably not going to want to leave the wide band in your exhaust. I would reccommend a wide band for tunning and then pull it out when finished. they're too expensive to just let it destry itself.
