A4 Performance Shift Mode
I just started using LS1 Edit with my 98 A4 and see that there is a performance shifting mode. It appears that it is simply an RPM based shifting algorithm. All the shift speeds are set to 255 MPH. My question is, is there any way to activiate performance shifting mode? Is it activated automatically based on how the car is being driven or is it not used at all? Can a switch be added, like the tow/haul switch in trucks, to activate it?
