For an automatic- There are two features one that removes timing on the shifts. The stock setting is 99%. I've seen a couple programs that were tuned that set this to 0%. What are you other guys doing and what does it really do for you? Quicker shifts?? Does it cut the lifespan of the tranny??? I was thinking of setting it to 50%.
The second feature is some type of abuse mode thingy. I think the stock setting was 10%. Again, Iv'e seen reprogrammed computers with it set to 0%. What does this do exactly? Should I set it for say 5%??
Are one or both of these features used to remove TQ management? Hopefully, I can get some ideas here.
Hi Tony, try this webb site, it should answer your questions, if you are still confused go to the torque management section & remove it as per the instructions. Hope this helps. ls1edit@slowcar.net
