Default dyno tuning got me....worth it?

From baseline
rwhp 296
rwtq 345

After tuning
rwhp 303
rwtq 363

Video, charts at our website (click on members then Mattitude...top car).

Any comments? Is this good, bad, average? I've heard with moving up to the 3.42 that the dyno will show my hp lower....but once I get to the track I'll be pleased

Well, I'll jump...

Too ME, I would say that 7hp is within the error of the dyno.. and not significant

However, I would say that 18ft-lbs, if repeatable, is significant.. and worth the time and effort.

Just my .02

I don't know what you paid, but you probably got lower fan temps, CAGs defeat, possible redline change, etc... so there are more 'bennies' than just HP and TQ, so as long as you didn't pay an arm/leg.. I would say Great!. you know your car is in tune and running efficiently and you gained some HP and other bennies while doing it, Oh and you probably had fun

Sounds like a great day to me

You will get lower dyno readings when you go to 3.42 gears. But you will notice a big difference in performance especially if you now have 2.73s. Your dyno readings are similar to mine when I had just a Blackwing. My cars dyno reading was 301 RWHP with 3.42 gears.
