Will Removing Pre-Cats throw error codes??

Will Removing Pre-Cats throw error codes??
If i gut my pre-cats....will i have to trick the O2 sensors?? I REALLY want to gut them, or just havw them cut out altogether.

I have an 01 with pre-cats gone and replaced with LT
headers, no codes. Car will sound better and will be a
little louder. Otherwise, no problems.

Do the O2 sensors remain stock? You didn't change them? what about the regular cats, stock ones also?

No problems.. a touch louder, a small amount of performance gain.. that's it.
