Default PLEASE HELP

Im very confused. My 99 has 47000 on it. I drive 30 miles to work one way and back. My car starts and runs great going to work (no traffic). When im driving home I hit about 15 minutes in bumper to bumper traffic, still no problems. I then put the car inmy garage. After about an hour or so ill go to take the car out and the car will stall, hesitate and sometimes die out. Understand that the engine compartment is still hot. It seems like im getting vapor lock. I even wigle the gas line coming up from the fire wall and it causes the car to surge. This only happens like I explianed. When the car cools down, no problems. I check the codes which are all history codes and they are. B2578 RF turn signal monitor circuit short to voltage, B2583 LF turn shor to voltage. U1096 Loss of communication with IPC, U1064 Loss of communication with BCM, and U1016 Loss of communication with PCM ( have no idea what that means but they are history codes. I took the car to work this morning and no problems. Again this only happens when the car sits for about an hour when I get home. I appreciate you guys taking the time to read this but this is driving me nuts. Does anyone know or expeienced this problem.
Thanks Nick.

well, could be a couple diff possibilities from what you report. First off, when you have these problems, do you get a check engine light?? If not then these codes may be irrelevant. If you affect motor speed by wiggling the fuel line, then you may have pressure issues. you should get a fuel pressure guage that you can hook up to the end of your fuel rail so you can see what pressure you have when you experience your symptoms. That is a good start. Also, clear your codes so you can see if you are getting them the next time around.
