Need help- Have Codes
I'm attempting to trouble shoot a problem. I sent my PCM off to be reprogrammed by LPE to work with my Mag. Got everything back and intalled this weekend. The car starts and runs fine. However, if it moves more than 1mph or so it dies. I disconnected the VSS and it runs great. It's an A4 so I can only use 1 and 2 gear without the VSS, but the stalling problem is gone until I reconnect the VSS.
I pulled the following codes
PCM section
P0502 C
P0507 C
P1571 H
I have some TCS codes as well
C1217 H
C1255 H
I think those were triggered from me pulling all the ABS fuses to disable TCS when I was trouble shooting this (hence the H)
Any ideas. I think LPE messed up the programming. They think it's something to do with column lock bypass. I DO have the GM recall in place and I've never had a problem with the it before. All this has taken place over the weekend when I installed the Mag and reprogrammed PCM. So there are some variables, but I think the PCM is the culprit since the car runs fine otherwise...
Any other ideas?
