Will the Vinci Performance Programmer fix this problem?
I put a 3.42 diff in my 1998 C5 A4. My Hypertech Power Programmer does not offer a 3.42 option and the Predator offers the 3.42 only for the 1999 - 2004 models. :mad
Does anyone know if the Vinci Performance Programmer has the option to allow me to rescale from the OEM 3.15 to 3.42?
Joe at Vinci said they should have a programmer in a month or so that will take care of my problem.
When its available he'll post a thread and will email me so I'll also post a thread. I know there's alot of other folks out there who have been dissappointed by the Predator and Hypertech's inability to tune for 3.42s & 3.73's on the '98 model.

For the price of a HYpertech or Vinci, you could have the car tuned, get the A4 adjusted, and get your gearing fixed by a tuner with LS1edit. Just a thought.
