GM Tech 2 Programmer
If I could get one of these what should I pay and can I use it to reprogram my computer with it. It is up to date with the latest info. Thanks in advance

I know of someone that just got a hold of one. I have unlimited access to it. I am going to read up on the manuals, but will it be benificial to me? I don't know a whole lot about this sort of thing, but want to take advantage of this situation to benefit my cars performance.

Tech 2 has some limitations. It will not allow gear scaling - if the new rear axle ratio was not availabkle from teh factory.
For example; it will allow selection of 2.73 and 3.15 on the A4.... but not 3.42, 3.73, 3.90, or 4.10 since they were never available from the factory on the A4.
