Default HP Estimate Please.....

Stock 2004 Z06. Borla Quad Ovals.

Installing LG longtubes, Hi-Flow Random Cats, 3" X-pipe.

What RWHP increase will I see.....

....with tune and without a tune ??

Trying to decide if its worth the money to tune after the headers or wait till the blower goes on in 6 months

Not sure it's worth the $$$ to retune after a exhaust system mod. Most people don't do it for just that mod.

If you doing engine mods soon, just wait. You'll have to retune after that anyway.

Just my $.02 worth.

You do need a tune after long tube headers. My Zo6 with the same mods was pig rich. The fact I picked up an additional 22 hp from the tune didn't hurt either! mine dynoed around 390 Rwhp.

My car ran fine with LT headers without tuning ( I'm not saying that this is a good idea though ). I wouldn't install your headers untill your ready to install the blower. Do everything at one and get one *good* tune.

I am leaning towards tuning right after the headers...

Thanks for the input

Was that 390 with or without the cats?

I was only able to pick up a couple HP with longtubes and cats, definetly not worth the money for me.
