My SES light has been coming on intermittently for the past few weeks. The DCM list 2 history codes P0327 (Knock Sensor circuit Front B) and U1160 (loss of communication with the LDCM). Can anyone interpret these codes and their severity? Should I bring it in to let the mechanic hook it up to the Tech2? Thanks.
The Knock sensor may mean that you have a harness breach and you should have that looked at and corrected by a trained tech.
The Left Door module is a common one and I don't think is much to worry about.
Good luck!
Thanks. It's been about 10,000 miles since we installed a Stage II Katech H/C package and reprogrammed with LS1Edit. I've had no trouble until now - have always had somewhat of a "tick" with the new heads and cam - but it hard to hear anything with LT headers and Borla XR-1 exhaust.
I need to find a good mechanic near Parris Island - even though the car is still under the GMP, every time I bring it here to Parks Chevy, they damage it.
