weird stuff
Well got my Vert back on the road for the first time in a few months. I pulled motor out of Z06 put heads cam. 226 226 and droped it in the vert. Car has tuning from when i had 231/237. Well when i get on it it starts to pull than it bucks check engine light flashes and than goes off and everything returns to normal. only happens sometimes. So i check pcm codes and nothing 
Any ideas. I am wondering if its the old tuning or what. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

kinda sounds like intermitent connection somewhere...also sounds like it may take doing some logs with scanner....without setting codes pcm wont capture event....always hate those intermitent problems...

i would first go over the engine wire harness....i know its a pain ...but it could save some grief....make sure nothing is pinched....disconnect and check for corroded or bent pins at all the connectors..[ including the pcm]...make sure grounds are good..[ at back of heads and along frame rails...
after your sure about the integrity of the harness and connections..the next step would be to try and duplicate the problem while recording with a scanner/logging device....if the problem happens while recording the data can be analyzed to help with the diagnosis....
if it was a tuning problem... i would expect it to occur all the time.
