My First Dyno
planning on getting my A4 2000 c5 tuned this weekend although i only have cat back exhuast w/ x-pipe and blackwing intake. What types of changes should I make to the car in terms of shifting points, gears, fan temps, etc? Should I expect any noticable performance gains in spite of limited number of mods? I read on another thread that any gains made by the tune may dissapate after a while ---> any truth to this considering the car will be stored for the winter? Thanks a bunch

No changes made will be lost by the car sitting...Your computer may need to adjust to new warmer/colder environment again, but the actual settings, like timing adjustments etc will stay. As far as tune settings, trust in your tuner is going to be key there...Make sure they know what they are doing!
