I would try 28 PSI to start with, see how it handles. That wide a tire on 10 1/2 inch rim is probably right at the limit for the proper width rim. With that in mind you may see increased wear in the center if you go too high. I would say as far as tire wear goes, 30 PSI is probably the max you could go without getting a slight center bulge. However, to get the best feel you may have to go to 30 PSI, and accept the accelerated center wear. I hope this helped.
