i just did a posting about brakes then i saw another question but couldnt post on it for some reason?
1. the fluid leaks out w/ calipers removed because the backflow hole in the master, push the pedal down slightly to get the cylinder past the hole and it will stop leaking.
2. when bleeding, change fluids as from the gold to the blue fluid, this way you'll know when its definetly on the new fluid.
3. i would always start with the furthest caliper first, this seems to work best for me.
