Wobble fix?????
Been reading posts on belt noise, which I also have, and fixes. I began to investigate today and the noise is coming from the A/C drive belt side. The only problem is that while looking I did notice that the harmonic balancer is not turning true. What is involved in this repair or should it just be taken to the dealer for repair?

Have had same problem..You have to remove the steering rack to get to it. the ballencer is about $125 must replace bolt, and the hardest part is getting the 240!! ftpd of torque on the bolt...It is impossible w/out flywheel holder or I have seen a shopmade ballancer holder to lock it while you torque it...

forgot..also the balancer sometimes have weights installed in the perimeter holes for final balancing of rotating assembly,,as balencer is not keyed to the crank you are suposed to scribe crank and balancer-install old weights on new balancer and align in same position..
