Window Motor Help!?

Window Motor Help!? 1997 Corvette
This is a 1997 Corvette
Ok there has been this awful scrapping noise sometimes when my window goes up and now today the window quit going up. So I am thinking the motor but I don't know for sure because the window will go up about 1/4 the way then just stops abruptly and wont budge anymore even trying to help pull it up. But, the window will go back down just fine. Is there 2 different motors one to go up and one to go down and does this sound like it has gone out on me or maybe something is in the way? Also, is there any tip sites about how to get to the window motors and how to replace them and is there anyway to manually pull the window up?
