Default attention z51 vette guys

for you z51 guys that have lowered your car. On the corvette forum write up on loweing you c5 it says that z51 wont get as low as standard suspension will in the front. This is true. I got the back end low by cutting the bushing. So now the back end is nice and low but the front end isnt low enough to look level. I want to know who all has taken the lowering bolts off completely like it said to do in the write up if you want the car even lower.
How has is worked out for you?
How exactly do you remove it?
and lastly could somebody please post a pic who has done this!?!

Default lower

I have z51, and i lowered it all the my in the back without cutting bushings, it looked good, then i did the front all the the way and it only went down a little. Then i decided to cut the bushings completely off on the front, and it made it perfect. It has lowered about another half inch over the last 6 months. If you want to go lower than that then you have to got with an aftermarket set up. removing the bolt will not gain you hardly anything over just cuting the bushings that why i did not remove it, but i heard it doesnt hurt anything to take it out.

Took mine out. As I have a Z06. The suspension is even higher than a Z51. If you do take out the front adjusters as I think thats what you talking about. Make sure you grease the area on the spring where it contacts the A-arm. Keep it from making noise. By the way I did try and cut the bushing to nothing and was still not low enough. Made it about a half inch lower by taking the adjuster out.

Dont you guys rub reflectors off the road? I cut my bushings in the front and had to raise it back up cause it rubbed on everything.
