Fuel Pressure Changes
I am new to this forum, but have enjoyed what I have read so far. I was hoping to get some help with a question I have about my fuel pressure. I just purchased my 2001 convertible on December 16, 2004. It has an ATI Procharger with Auto Meter Cobalt Boost/Pressure gauges. When I first got car, fuel pressure was steady at 60 psi. It has been trending down and now is reading about 45 psi. (after 2 weeks went to 55 psi, week later 50, now 45-48) When I turn car off, the pressure remains locked up (which I think it should do). I just thought pressure should remain at 60 psi. Performance may be a little off, but it is hard to tell for sure. Thanks for any help anyone can give me concerning this.
