converting to manual
well i was gonna do a search, but i cant find the search option now. anyway what all is needed in converting to a manual trans? this is a 99. i know the major stuff. what im wondering about is the other stuff. what about the wiring? the center console? what else? i think itll be fairly straight forward. new drivetrain. new clutch pedal, new clutch resevoir and that stuff. shifter, new pigtail for the trans and switching the programming to a manual car. what else am i missing? has anyone done a write up on this? thanks for the help.

I don't think there have been any write ups on it but you sound like you have a pretty good line on what needs to be changed over, the best thing to do is find someone parting out a salvage Corvette and then just buy all of the parts (thats what I'm doing).
