If the blocks after 2001 are the same and the intakes I believe on the 2003 are same as the ZO6, if I was to put a 03 ZO6 cam and heads on my 03 LS1, what else would need to be changed for it to put out 405HP. Are the injector bigger and would the PCM need reprograming, or would it learn the fuel curve required over time?

Yes, do the Z06 cam and Z06 heads and you will be near 405 hp. You will still need to get rid of the pup cats, and also get high flow cats like the Z06 has. Then also you will need tuning and also an intake that is bigger like Z06 is.
But you will still need 3.90 gears in a MN6 to accelerate like a Z06. Also lose 130 or pounds off your car.

PS, Just do the Z06 heads and a decent cam, thats all, and you will be with the Z06 right now!
