New Rotor Break In ?
I put the VNM rotors on and I'm getting a pulse in the brake pedal. I didn't change the pads yet, since I wanted to wear off the Zinc coating before I put on new pads. I'm hoping that the pulse will go away as the coating disappears. I torqued the wheels to 100 ft. lbs. so I know I didn't warp them. Anyone else experiece this?

The zinc coating will have an effect.
Drive the vehicle to a remote area and perform at least 30 brake applications of 3-second duration. Use light/medium deceleration with varying starting speeds. Leave at least 10 seconds between each brake application.

I've been taking it real easy till I get them properly bedded.
